Morton's Neuroma

I have had 2 prior surgeries through the top of my foot, numerous rounds of cortisone shots, had the alcohol shots, taken Lyrica and am still having severe chronic pain. My current podiatrist is sending me to another podiatrist for a third opinion. Has anyone ever seen a nuerologist for MN? It is nerve related. I'm just thinking about my options. My current podiatrist does not want to do a third surgery at this point and says I am too young to have such chronic pain. I'm grasping at straws...
