Heel Pain

I was diagnosed with PF and Bone Spurs several years ago. After getting my orthopedic inserts I felt much better for a year. Then last year my heels got so bad that I could hardly walk. I then went in for the injections (3 times in each foot) that helped tremendously. Now 6 months later I can hardly walk again. I am done with injections and have heard nothing good about surgery. I am looking for a good brand of running/excising shoe that I can put my inserts in. Does anyone have ideas??? I find recommended shoes but are they good for inserts? I hear New Balance are good but the ones I have had give no relief.

My dad has this problem and swears by a brand of shoe called SAS. They aren't really exercise shoes but sometimes we have to use what works, huh?
