Heel Pain

hi all

I have heel pain in both legs. have twitching in my right thigh and right foot.got x -rays done,dr saays its all ok.he cannot make anything out of this.is anybody expericing anything like this.no spurs x-rays.

i am experiencing same kind of heel pain in the morning from last 2 years. but now this pain is througout the day. i also made x ray for both the legs. i visited doctor in Welcare hospital Dubai he told me this pain is because of flat feet. this will go with time. also he suggested if pain is unbearable he will give me joint pain injection which will relieve me from pain for atleast six months. i took injection in both the legs as i suppose to go for vacation and for treckingalmost year back. now a days i am days i iam doing heavy exercise like jogging and juppming etc, which has increased my pain.
also i would like to add one thing that, i am using ortho heel insoles they are giving good comfort for the legs. i suggest all who are experiencing such kind of pain use insole in shoes and use slippers designed to correct your posture.
