X-Ray Dx:"chronic linear streaking markings right lung, CT r

Diagnosed w/Fibromyalga and rheumatoid arthritis.
Was on Enbril and methotrexate; developed pneumonia
All medication suspended for 14 days; lungs clear
Switched to remicate; No relief; Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia as well
Decision to switch to another biologic necisitated another chest X-Ray
new drug Lyrica prescribed for the Fibro as well as prednisone 20 mg daily.
Prior X-Ray 12 week earlier made mention of linear streaking but no recommendation.
This recent X-Ray made mention as indicated above and CT scan recommended
w/o contrast due to "the streaking markings worsening"
CT scheduled for next week.

Is this some indication of some type of fibrosis. Saw an article that
connected Enbril with this same streaking etc. 2 cases.
Anyone know anything about this
Also a Type 2 diabetic; using metformin 2000mg daily.
