Diagnostic Tests

Anyone in this forum have had an atypical urine cytology report? I had a cystoscopy for continued hematuria and the results were
atypical cells present
Clusters of atypical urothelial cells, squamous cells, columnar cells, and traces of blood.
Neoplasm cannot be ruled out.

The urology clinic were I go wants to wait and retest in July. Then when they made that appointment they screwed up, as I called and it is just on an appointment day and not a procedure day. Any advice out there? It would be appreciated.
