GET THOSE BLOOD SUGARS DOWN!!! You don't say if the 175 is fasting or not, but if they are, consider talking to your doctor about insulin.
Swim, bike, ride horseback, find something to do for exercise that doesn't put pressure on those feet!

Be aware! Pay close attention to any cramping, swelling, hear, soreness, cracking in joints - ANYTHING unusual with your feet! And if you just suspect something, get to your podiatrist and voice your concerns. Because, YOU KNOW what can very easily come next, and its not pretty! I caught my second Charcot episode (with the other foot) very quickly due to leg and foot cramps and slight swelling. As a result of that and proper treatment, there is very little damage.

This is YOUR body - you are the only one who knows when something is different. Pay attention to it.
