Post a new topicby goofybritt on Sun Jun 22, 2008 11:36 pm

I'm trying to figure out how I should help my foot/ankle heal. I think it's the Flexor Retinaculum but I only think this by looking at the foot diagrams here on this site and by comparing the pain to the relative location on the diagram.

I'm not sure what happened to cause the pain but I do know that when 'rolling' your ankles (starting from the inside to the outside going UP I have severe pain once my foot ALMOST hits the center (natural) mark.

If anyone has any ideas as to how to fix this or facilitate healing please let me know.

Thank you,
